Many of my clients come from backgrounds of trauma, often, experiences they’ve minimized, hidden, or tried to push away. Whether looking to heal from narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, or challenges from your childhood, together, we create a space where your story can be held with compassion, and where healing becomes possible.

Animal Assisted Therapy
Sometimes words aren’t enough. That’s why I partner with my therapy dog, O’Hara, to help create a calming presence in the room. Research shows that canine-assisted therapy reduces autonomic arousal and offers co-regulation, helping you feel safe and supported as we explore difficult emotions.

Somatic Therapy
Your body holds stories that your mind can’t always put into words.
Through somatic therapy, you’ll gently tune into the body’s signals, tension, breath, posture, and sensation, to uncover what’s been held beneath the surface. Release stored stress and trauma while feeling grounded in the present moment.

Couples Counseling
Even the strongest relationships can lose their balance over time. Maybe communication feels strained, small misunderstandings turn into distance, or you’ve fallen into patterns that leave you both feeling unseen. In couples therapy, you’ll learn to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and reconnect with the sense of partnership and safety you’ve both been longing for.
